Come and view this 1 bedroom updated unit at 306-2142 Carolina Street, located in the most popular area of Mount Pleasant.  The building is called Wood Dale, has undergone a lot of updating which includes repiping, parking membrane was redone, balconies are new with aluminum railings, landscaping was done and it looks georgeus.  Wood Dale is located on E6th Avenue in the corner of Carolina Street.

The unit shows very well, one of the best layout unit even if it only 485 sf (strata plan shows 474 sf), it feels a lot bigger as it is open layout, as soon as you walk into the unit, you will be invited by the tremendous, breath taking 180 degree views of the North Shore Mountain, the living area is finished by engineered wood floor (bamboo), kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and shaker style doors, bathroom is finished with marble counter and a vessel sink, floors are tiled in kitchen and bathroom.  Balcony which is about 75sf is huge and gives room for party and barbequing with friends.

New Mortgage rule changes:

Maximum 25 year Amortization - Pretty self explanatory.

Maximum Purchase Price of $1,000,000 on High Ratio Deal - This has represented only 35% of the insurer's portfolios, not a big change here.

Maximum GDS 39% and TDS 44% - The buying power would decrease around 10% as compared to before.

Maximum 80% of LTV of refinances - Can now only access 80% of the home equity
